Don't hit that buzzer.

We typically approach a question with a goal of answering it as quickly as we can. It makes sense. The answer completes the task and we can move onto the next question. In a busy world this seems like a sound approach.

However, the value with some questions isn’t obtained by answering them quickly. Their true value is realised by answering them slowly. Playing with the question over time and letting it incubate in the back of your mind. Exploring alternatives and seeing how they feel a day, a week or even a month later.

One such question is… “what does your business really do?”.
